FABRICATION SERVICES

Wincro has a full design and fabrication facility and offers a bespoke service to suit specifier requirements. Our factory facilities include:

Shearing and profiling
Floorplate can be supplied cut to size by shearing, plasma profile cutting or laser cutting to accurate tolerances across the full range of plate thicknesses. The service includes the provision of profiled cut-outs and shaping, allowing for easy installation around other plant, pipework and equipment.

Shaping and forming
SUREGRIP can be bent to specified angles to form kickflats, upstands and stairtreads etc, up to 3.5m long.

Holes and slots
SUREGRIP floorplate can be supplied with plain and countersunk holes, and elongated slots as required, in all thicknesses.

Welding
Our service includes stitch, fillet and butt welding, using MIG and TIG facilities.
