TECHNICAL DESIGN SERVICE

Wincro's Technical Department is able to offer a full Design Service to Specifiers and Contractors at each stage of the Construction Project, from Concept to completion. Wincro Brickwork Support System Detailing Obtaining the most appropriate and cost effective support system is important on any project, therefore Wincro's Technical Department will always be available to provide advice and produce a design best suited to each individual application. At the stage when Wincro's Design has been incorporated into a project, further information will be required from the Project Architect and Structural Engineer to enable our Technical Department to fine-tune the design and ensure compatibility with all other design components. The Structural Engineer's Floor Plans will usually form the basis of the Wincro Brickwork Support Layout, upon which all relevant dimensions, lengths, locations and reference numbers for each angle will be shown (see example below). Wincro will the submit the layouts for approval to the contractor/Design Team, along with full calculations and section details. The same layouts can also be used by the Contractor to complete the location and fixing of the systems on site.
